| 抑郁症是一种常见的精神障碍疾病，其病因和发病机制尚未系统阐明。而越来越多的证据表明胃生长激素释放素(Ghrelin)/生长激素促分泌受体( GHSR)系统在抑郁症发生发展中具有关键作用。目前研究表明 Ghrelin在抑郁症发生发展中起到抗抑郁作用，很可能成为抑郁症诊断的血清标志物和治疗的新靶点。因此，阐明 Ghrelin系统在抑郁症中的作用尤为重要。文章从 Ghrelin/GHSR系统的发现、分布、基本生物效应、 Ghrelin/GHSR系统与抑郁症的关系、 Ghrelin/GHSR系统对抑郁症的改善机制及诊断提示等方面阐述 Ghrelin系统参与抑郁症发展的调控机制，有助于深入了解抑郁症发病机制，为发现新的抑郁症治疗靶点提供方向。 |

| Depression is a common mental disorder, the etiology and pathogenesis of which have not been systematically elucidated.However, increasing evidence suggests that the Ghrelin/growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHSR) system plays a key role in theoccurrence and development of depression. At present, it has been shown that Ghrelin plays an antidepressant role in the developmentof depression, and is likely to become a serum marker for diagnosis and a new target for treatment of depression. Therefore, it is particu-larly important to elucidate the role of the Ghrelin system in depression. This article elaborates on the regulatory mechanism of theGhrelin system in the development of depression from the aspects of its discovery, distribution, and basic biological effects, as well asits relationship with depression, and the improvement mechanism and diagnotic indicator of the Ghrelin/GHSR system, which helps todeepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of depression and provides direction for the discovery of new treatment targets for depression. |
