| Flow cytometry is a new technology used for multiparameter rapid detection and quantitative analysis of cell populations,which has the advantages of simple operation and high sensitivity, and it has been widely applied in traditional Chinese medicine re-search, such as breeding of medicinal plants, genomics, biological genetics, bioactive compound screening, and pharmacological re-search of Chinese herbs. This paper reviews the application of flow cytometry in the conservation of traditional Chinese medicinal mate-rials resources and pharmacological efficacy of Chinese herbs. |
