| 目的探索舌下腺肿瘤的发病情况、病理特征及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析山东大学附属威海市立医院口腔科 2012年 8月收治的 1例右侧舌下腺多形性腺瘤的临床资料和治疗方案。结果病人诉发现右侧口底区无痛性肿物半年。术前诊断:右侧舌下腺肿物，腺样囊性癌入院后完善相关术前检查，全麻下行右侧舌下腺及肿物切除术，术后病理提示:(右侧舌下腺)符合多形性腺瘤。结论舌下腺肿瘤相对少见，且多为恶性。多形性腺瘤是涎腺肿瘤中最为常见的良性肿瘤，而发生于舌下腺的多形性腺瘤极为罕见。 |

| Objective To explore the incidence, pathological characteristics and therapies of sublingual gland tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data and treatment plan of one case of pleomorphic adenoma of the right sublingualgland admitted to the Department of Stomatology, Weihai Municipal Hospital, Shandong University in August 2012.Results The pa-tient's chief complaint was a painless mass in the right floor of the mouth for half a year. Preoperative diagnosis was right sublingualgland mass, suspected adenoid cystic carcinoma. After admission, relevant preoperative examinations were completed. The right sublin-gual gland and the tumor were removed under general anesthesia. The postoperative pathology results indicated pleomorphic adenomaof the right sublingual gland.Conclusions Tumors of the sublingual gland are rare and usually malignant. Pleomorphic adenoma isthe most common benign salivary gland neoplasm. However, involvement of the sublingual gland is very rare. |
