      肺部缺氧的常见原因为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停、呼吸系统疾病、高原反应等,其可导致肺组织不可逆性损伤,对病人健康造成很大影响。铁死亡是细胞程序性死亡的一种,与缺氧相关性肺损伤的发生密切相关。该研究总结了铁死亡的发生机制及其在各类缺氧相关肺损伤中的研究进展,以期指导相关病人的治疗,改善预后。
英文摘要:
      The common causes of lung hypoxia are obstructive sleep apnea, respiratory disease, altitude sickness, etc., which can leadto irreversible damage to lung tissue and cause great harm to the health of patients. Ferroptosis is a type of programmed cell death,closely related to the occurrence of hypoxia related lung injury. This article summarizes the mechanism of ferroptosis and its researchprogress in various types of hypoxia related lung injury, in order to guide the treatment of related patients and improve prognosis.
