创面愈合是一个连续的且由多个相互重叠交叉的动态过程。影响创面愈合的因素错综复杂,皮肤组织损伤后的修复并不一定都是生理性愈合,很多是愈合不良或者过度愈合。因此,迫切需要研究者提高对创面愈合机制的理解。高迁移率族蛋白 B1在损伤相关分子模式中作为一种重要的炎症介质,在创面愈合及瘢痕形成中的作用已逐渐被认识。该研究阐述近年来高迁移率族蛋白 B1在创面愈合及病理性瘢痕形成中的相关机制和最新的研究进展。 |

Wound healing is a continuous dynamic process of overlapping and crossing. Due to the complex factors affecting woundhealing, the repair of skin tissue after an injury is not necessarily physiological healing, and many of them are poor or excessive healing.Therefore, there is an urgent need for researchers and clinicians to improve the understanding of the mechanism of wound healing. Highmobility group box 1 is an essential inflammatory mediator in damage-associated molecular patterns, and its role in wound healing andscar has been gradually recognized. This study elucidates the mechanisms and recent advancements related to high mobility group box1 in wound healing and pathological scar formation in recent years. |
