| 目的研究独一味素 A衍生物的一种新的合成方法。方法 2022年 1月至 2023年 2月从天然植物糙苏叶中分离得到的环烯醚萜类化合物独一味素 A和 B(3/1)为母体化合物，进行结构修饰。结果制备出 9个新的独一味素 A结构的衍生物。结论独一味素 A衍生物的合成方法操作简便，为此类化合物衍生合成奠定了实验基础。 |

| Objective To study the new synthesis method of Lamiridosin A derivatives. Methods Lamiophlomiol A and B (3/1),which were isolated from the leaves of natural plant Pellagra from January 2022 to February 2023, were used as the parent compoundsfor structural modification. Results Nine new structure derivatives of Lamiophlomiol A were prepared. Conclusion The synthesismethod of lamiridosin A derivatives is simple to operate, which provides the experimental foundation for the derivative synthesis ofsuch compounds. |
