摘要: 目的:考察泸州市青少年群体的心理健康状态、生活满意度及相关影响因素,为针对不同学年阶段开展心理健康教育、预防及治疗提供参考依据? 方法:于2022年10月至2023年3月,采用分层整群随机抽样方法,通过泸州市社会心理服务健康平台调查本市54所中学校共44070名学生。使用中学生心理健康量表(MMHI-60)、青少年学生生活满意度量表(ASLSS)展开心理健康问卷普查? 结果:质量控制后,共42525份有效问卷纳入后续分析。其中初中27187份,高中15338份;男性20175名(47.4%),女性22350名(52.6%)。泸州市青少年的总体心理健康处于正常水平(MMHI-60:1.72±0.62分)。不同学年比较显示,初中阶段的心理健康得分较高中阶段低,而生活满意度得分较高中阶段高,两个学年阶段间存在统计学差异(t=-3.838?3.402 ,均P<0.001)。不同性别间比较显示,男性心理健康得分较女性低,生活满意度得分较女性高,差异具有统计学意义(t=-20.082?11.380,均P<0.001)。Pearson相关分析显示,青少年心理健康与生活满意度成负相关(r=-0.54,P<0.001)。不同学年阶段间发现,初中组与生活满意度相关性最高的为抑郁因子(r=-0.51,P<0.001),高中组为适应不良因子(r=-0.56,P<0.001)。不同性别间发现,男生与生活满意度相关性最高的为适应不良因子(r=-0.47,P<0.001),女生为抑郁因子(r=-0.56,P<0.001)。 结论:泸州市青少年的总体心理健康处于正常水平,随着学年增加,青少年的心理健康状况以及对生活的满意度逐渐下降。此外,青少年的心理健康水平与生活满意度紧密相关,不同学年阶段、不同性别间的相关因素不同,需要根据青少年的不同阶段进行针对性的干预。 |

Abstract: Objective: The study investigates the psychological health status, life satisfaction, and related influencing factors of the youth population in Luzhou City, providing a reference for the implementation of psychological health education, prevention, and treatment at different grade levels.Methods: From October 2022 to March 2023, a stratified cluster random sampling method was used to survey a total of 44,070 students from 54 middle schools in Luzhou City through the city's social psychological service health platform. The survey was conducted using the Middle School Students Mental Health Inventory (MMHI-60) and the Adolescent Student Life Satisfaction Scale (ASLSS).Results: After quality control, a total of 42,525 valid questionnaires were included in the subsequent analysis. Among them, 27,187 were from middle school students and 15,338 from high school students; 20,175 were male (47.4%) and 22,350 were female (52.6%). The overall mental health of adolescents in Luzhou City is at a normal level (MMHI-60: 1.72±0.62). Comparisons between different grade levels show that the mental health score in middle school students is lower than that of high school students, while the life satisfaction score in middle school students is higher than that of high school students, with statistically significant differences between the two grade levels (t = -3.838, 3.402, both P <0.001). Comparisons between different genders show that male students have lower mental health scores but higher life satisfaction scores compared to female students, with statistically significant differences (t = -20.082, 11.380, both P <0.001). Pearson correlation analysis shows that adolescent mental health is negatively correlated with life satisfaction (r = -0.54, P <0.001). Among different grade levels, the highest correlation with life satisfaction in middle school students is the depression factor (r = -0.51, P <0.001), while in high school students, it is the maladaptation factor (r = -0.56, P <0.001). Among different genders, the highest correlation with life satisfaction in male students is the maladaptation factor (r = -0.47, P <0.001), while in female students, it is the depression factor (r = -0.56, P <0.001).Conclusion: The overall mental health of adolescents in Luzhou City is at a normal level. However, as grade levels increase, both the mental health status and life satisfaction of adolescents gradually decline. In addition, the mental health level of adolescents is closely related to their life satisfaction. The correlating factors differ across grade levels and genders, indicating the need for targeted interventions based on the different stages of adolescence. |
