| 目的分析 1例合并干燥综合征继发免疫性血小板减少的虹膜角膜内皮综合征继发青光眼( GS-ICE)病人的临床诊治经过，提高对此类疾病的认识。方法回顾潍坊眼科医院 2023年 8月收治的 1例病例的临床及实验室检查资料，并查阅相关文献，分析诊疗经过和效果。结果该病例以角膜水肿、虹膜萎缩和高眼压为主要表现，经过穿透性 Schlemm's管成形术治疗后，眼压得到了良好的控制。结论穿透性 Schlemm's管成形术在本例合并自身免疫性疾病的 GS-ICE病人中效果良好，长期口服糖皮质激素的自身免疫性疾病病人，需预防感染，关注其眼部健康，避免潜在的并发症。 |

| Objective To enhance the understanding of diseases such as glaucoma secondary to iridocorneal endothelial syndrome (GS-ICE) in a patient with Sj.gren's syndrome complicated by immune thrombocytopenia, through the analysis of clinical diagnosis andtreatment.Methods The clinical and laboratory examination data of a case treated in Weifang Eye Hospital in August 2023 were retro-spectively reviewed. By consulting relevant literature, we analyzed the diagnosis, treatment process, and clinical outcomes. Results The patient primarily presented with corneal edema, iris atrophy, and elevated intraocular pressure. Effective control of intraocular pres-sure was achieved following treatment with Penetrating Schlemm's Canaloplasty. Conclusions Penetrating Schlemm's Canaloplasty demonstrates effective results in this case of a patient with GS-ICE complicated by autoimmune disease. For patients with autoimmunediseases who have been taking oral corticosteroids for a long time, it is necessary to prevent infection, attach importance to ocularhealth, and avoid potential complications. |
