      目的探讨老年糖尿病病人血清代谢指标与花生四烯酸( AA)、二磷酸腺苷( ADP)诱导血小板聚集率的关系。方法选取 2020年 3月至 2022年 12月南阳市第二人民医院就诊的老年人,其中糖尿病 94例纳入观察组,抽取体检中心健康对象 86例纳入对照组。两组均年龄 ≥60岁,比较两组资料临床特征,通过 Spearman相关性分析各组指标与 AA、ADP诱导剂作用下血小板聚集率的关系,并通过多元线性回归分析 AA、ADP聚集率的独立危险因素。结果与对照组比较,空腹血糖( FPG)[5.52(4.81,5.95)mmol/L比 7.97(6.61,9.68)mmol/L], HbA1c[( 4.52±1.15)%比( 7.53±1.67)%], ADP[( 31.97±16.03)%比( 61.90±12.83)%],AA[( 35.35±22.37)%比( 67.3±17.6)%]甘油三酯( TC)[( 4.33±1.09)mmol/L比( 4.33±1.22)mmol/L],TG[1.45(1.23,1.72)mmol/L比 1.66(1.42,1.66)mmol/L],尿酸[ 2580(212.35,329.12)μmol/L比 298.45(239.50,436.32)μmol/L],血小板计数[(225.34±8.69)×109/L比( 265.15±10.26)×109/L],MPV[(9.87±2.17)FL比( 10.21±3.45)FL]组间差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。观察组 TG、尿酸、血小板计数分别与 ADP%呈正相关( rs=0.36,0.43,0.32,均 P<0.05),HbA1c、MPV分别与 AA%呈正相关( rs=0.32、

      Objective To explore the relationship between serum metabolic parameters and platelet aggregation induced by arachi-donic acid (AA) and adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in elderly patients with diabetes.Methods Elderly patients (age≥60) who visitedthe Second People's Hospital of Nanyang City from March 2020 to December 2022 were included in the study, 94 diabetes patients as-signed to the observation group, and 86 healthy elderly subjects from the physical examination center to the control group. We com-pared the clinical characteristics of two groups of data, analyzed the relationship between indicators of each group and platelet aggrega-tion rate under the action of AA and ADP inducers using Spearman correlation, and explored the independent risk factors for AA-and ADP-induced aggregation rate using multiple linear regression.Results There were statistically significant differences in the levels of fasting blood glucose (FPG) [5.52 (4.81, 5.95) mmol/L vs. 7.97 (6.61, 9.68) mmol/L], HbA1c [(4.52±1.15) % vs. (7.53±1.67) %], ADP [(31.97±16.03) % vs. (61.90±12.83) %], AA [(35.35±22.37) % vs. (67.30±17.60) %], triglycerides (TC) [(4.33±1.09) mmol/L vs. (4.33± 1.22) mmol/L], TG [1.45(1.23,1.72) mmol/L vs. 1.66(1.42,1.66) mmol/L], uric acid [258.60 (212.35,329.12) μmol/L vs. 298.45 (239.50, 436.32) μmol/L], platelet count [(225.34±8.69)×109/L vs. (265.15±10.26)×109/L], and MPV [(9.87±2.17) FL vs. (10.21±3.45) FL] be-tween the groups (P<0.05). TG, UA, and PLT in the observation group were positively correlated with ADP% (r=0.36, 0.43, 0.32, re-spectively; all P<0.05), while HbA1c and MPV were positively correlated with AA% (r=0.32, 0.32; both P<0.05). Multiple linear regres-sion results suggested that TG, UA, and PLT were independent risk factors for ADP% (β= 0.31, 0.39, 0.25, respectively; all P<0.05), while HbA1c, MPV were independent risk factors for AA%( β= 0.29, 0.30; both P<0.05).Conclusion There are close relationship be-tween HbA1c, TG, UA, PLT, MPV levels and platelet aggregation in elderly diabetic patients, which may be involved in the process of thrombosis event formation and may become a target for future intervention in thrombosis.
