| 目的探讨下颌无牙颌义齿修复方法。方法选取 2020年 10月至 2023年 10月无为市人民医院 20例下颌无牙颌义齿修复病人。 20例下颌无牙颌义齿修复根据牙槽嵴条件， 18例采用常规活动义齿修复， 1例采用杆卡式覆盖义齿修复， 1例采用种植固定义齿修复。结果 15例牙槽嵴一级至二级病人，义齿试戴 1个月经 2~3次调磨后病人比较满意， 3例低平牙槽嵴病人修复后经多次调磨，病人基本满意。 2例严重低平牙槽嵴病人采用种植覆盖义齿修复和种植固定义齿修复，病人十分满意。结论下颌无牙颌义齿修复过程中要注重病人的心理状态及自身的口腔情况，义齿制作时要细致、严格、准确，充分考虑相关影响因素。 |

| Objective To explore the restoration techniques for mandibular edentulous denture.Methods Twenty patients who un-derwent prosthetic rehabilitation of the edentulous mandible at Wuwei People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2023. Accord-ing to the condition of alveolar ridge, 18 cases were repaired by conventional movable denture, 1 case by rod clamp covering denture,and 1 case by implant fixed denture.Results 15 patients with Grade Ⅰ to Grade Ⅱ alveolar ridge were relatively satisfied after two tothree times of denture grinding during a month of try-in, and 3 patients with low-level alveolar ridge were satisfied after several times of grinding. Two patients with severe low-level alveolar ridge were treated with implant-covered denture and implant-fixed denture, and the patients were very satisfied.Conclusion In the process of mandibular denture restoration, attention should be paid to the psycho-logical state of patients and their own oral conditions, and denture fabrication should be carried out in a meticulous, strict and accurateway, with relevant influencing factors fully considered. |
