| 目的探讨原发性眼内淋巴瘤( primary intraocular lymphoma，PIOL)的临床表现、诊断及治疗方案。方法回顾性分析胜利油田中心医院 2022年 9月 21日收治的 1例 PIOL病人的临床资料，并复习相关文献。结果根据患者检查检验结果，患者符合 PIOL的诊断。结论原发性眼内淋巴瘤是一种少见但恶性程度较高的非霍奇金淋巴瘤，病人的临床表现缺乏特异性，故容易误诊、漏诊，此研究可为医务工作者打开思路，提高 PIOL的诊治水平。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of primary intraocular lymphoma (PIOL). Methods The clinical data of 1 case of PIOL in Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital on September 21, 2022 were retrospectively ana-lyzed, and the relevant literature was reviewed.Results According to the examination results of the patient, the patient conformed to the diagnosis of PIOL.Conclusion PIOL is a rare but highly malignant non-Hodgkin lymphoma,the clinical manifestations of patientslack specificity, so it is easy to misdiagnose, miss diagnosis.This study can open the mind for medical workers and improve the diagno-sis and treatment level of PIOL. |
