| 肛门痛是肛肠科的常见疾病，也可作为临床症状伴发于多种疾病。其病因庞杂，常因其反复发作、迁延难愈之性，严重影响病人的身心健康。肛门痛在祖国医学中又可归于“魄门痛”，樊志敏教授认为治疗肛门痛应当明辨病因，辨证施治；肛门痛多与脾虚、湿盛、肝郁、气滞、血瘀有关，选用止痛如神汤为主方以行气化湿、活血止痛，并随证加减；该方在临床的治疗上取得了一定的疗效。 |

| Proctalgia is a prevalent condition in the anorectal department, often presenting as a clinical symptom alongside various dis-eases. Its etiology is diverse and complex, and it seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients due to its recurrent attacksand protracted and refractory nature. In traditional Chinese medicine, proctalgia is colloquially referred to as "soulgate pain". ProfessorFan Zhimin asserts that the management of proctalgia necessitates the identification of its underlying cause and the subsequent treat-ment of associated symptoms. Functional anorectal pain is primarily associated with spleen deficiency, excessive dampness, liver de-pression, Qi stagnation, and blood stasis. The primary therapeutic approach for analgesia, such as the administration of Zhitong Rushen Decotion, is chosen to enhance moisture vaporization, facilitate blood circulation, and alleviate pain. This prescription, when combinedwith the corresponding syndrome, has demonstrated some clinical efficacy. |
