| 脊髓损伤是一种严重的神经系统损伤,可能导致瘫痪、感觉丧失和大小便失禁等严重后果。目前,对于脊髓损伤的治疗仍是一个巨大的挑战。近年来,电刺激作为一种治疗方法在脊髓损伤治疗中得到了广泛的研究和应用。多项研究表明电刺激能够有效促进脊髓损伤恢复,但目前有关电刺激治疗脊髓损伤的研究成果尚缺乏有效整合。该研究分别从生理、疼痛、康复 3个方面对电刺激在脊髓损伤治疗中的作用及机制的研究进展进行详细综述,系统论证了电刺激对提高神经营养因子表达水平,抑制炎症反应,促进轴突生长有积极作用,并为脊髓损伤后的恢复创造良好微环境,同时电刺激可代替脊髓发出指令,维持膀胱、躯干和四肢的功能。 |

| Spinal cord injury is a serious neurological injury that can lead to serious consequences such as paralysis, loss of sensationand incontinence. At present, the treatment of spinal cord injury remains a great challenge. In recent years, electrical stimulation hasbeen widely studied and applied in the treatment of spinal cord injury. Many studies have shown that electrical stimulation can effec-tively promote the recovery of spinal cord injury, but there is still a lack of effective integration of research results on the treatment ofspinal cord injury by electrical stimulation. The effects and research progress of electrical stimulation in the treatment of spinal cord in-jury are reviewed in detail from three aspects: physiology, pain and rehabilitation. It is systematically demonstrated that electrical stim-ulation can improve the expression level of neurotrophin, inhibit inflammatory response, it plays a positive role in promoting axongrowth and creates a good microenvironment for recovery after spinal cord injury. At the same time, electrical stimulation can replacethe spinal cord to issue instructions and maintain the function of the bladder, trunk and limbs. |
