      贫血严重影响患者健康,早期识别贫血病因并发现潜在疾病十分重要。贫血性疾病的发生发展通常伴随着红细胞(RBC)的异常代谢与损伤,而乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)作为一种细胞内酶,对于细胞破坏具有高度敏感性。LDH增高可见于溶血性贫血(HA)、巨幼细胞性贫血(MA)、缺铁性贫血(IDA)等疾病,其增高程度不同,与RBC破坏程度、溶血类型、铁代谢、炎症反应及肿瘤等因素密切相关。本文就LDH的分子结构与功能,以及LDH在贫血患者的诊断、鉴别诊断、病情评估和预后分析中的研究现状进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Anemia seriously affects the health of patients. It is very important to identify the causes of anemia and find out the underlying diseases early. The occurrence and development of anemia diseases are usually accompanied by abnormal metabolism and damage of red blood cells (RBC). Lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), as an intracellular enzyme, is highly sensitive to cell damage. LDH can be observed in diseases such as hemolytic anemia (HA), megaloblastic anemia (MA), and iron deficiency anemia (IDA), with varying degrees of increase. The extent of increase is closely related to factors such as the degree of RBC destruction, type of hemolysis, iron metabolism, inflammatory response, and tumors. This article reviews the molecular structure and function of LDH, as well as the current research status of LDH in the diagnosis, differential diagnosis, disease assessment and prognosis analysis of patients with anemia.
