      [背景]:慢性阻塞性肺疾病是全球常见的慢性呼吸疾病,严重影响患者生活质量,传统诊疗存在诊断滞后、主观性强等问题。随着智能技术发展,基于深度学习等自动化诊疗工具,为COPD诊疗带来新的发展。[进展]人工智能已渗透到COPD诊疗多环节,医学影像分析工具能快速识别肺部病变,提升早期筛查效率,多模态数据融合技术整合多源信息,进一步提高诊断和风险预测准确性,多维度数据综合分析工具可以助力医生制定治疗方案。[展望]人工智能技术将重塑COPD诊疗全流程,定制化决策支持系统可优化治疗方案,实现疾病动态监测预警,切实提升患者生存质量。

      [Background]:Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a common chronic respiratory disease worldwide, which seriously impairs patients' quality of life. Traditional diagnosis and treatment methods are plagued by issues such as delayed diagnosis and strong subjectivity. With the development of intelligent technologies, automated diagnosis and treatment tools based on deep learning have brought new prospects for COPD management.[Progress]: Artificial intelligence (AI) has been integrated into multiple links of COPD diagnosis and treatment. Medical image analysis tools can quickly identify pulmonary lesions, improving the efficiency of early screening. Multimodal data fusion technology integrates multi-source information, further enhancing the accuracy of diagnosis and risk prediction. Additionally, comprehensive analysis tools for multi-dimensional data can assist doctors in formulating treatment plans.[Prospect]: AI technology will reshape the entire process of COPD diagnosis and treatment. Customized decision support systems can optimize treatment regimens and enable dynamic disease monitoring and early warning, thereby effectively improving patients' survival quality.
