| 目的通过分享 1例可控去带盲结肠代膀胱术后储尿囊并发结石病人的诊疗经过，提高对尿流改道术后结石症的诊治水平。方法 2024年 3月 22日至 4月 4日潍坊市人民医院行开放切开储尿囊取石术治疗 1例可控去带盲结肠代膀胱术后储尿囊并发结石病人，并结合文献复习探讨尿流改道术后结石的发病特点、诊疗方案及预防措施。结果该例病人为老年男性，超声提示储尿囊结石，行切开取石术后成功取出储尿囊内结石，术后给予抗感染、补液、换药等治疗， 6d后出院。结论尿流改道术后泌尿系结石的处理需要根据尿流改道类型、结石位置及负荷和术者经验进行综合评估和个体化考虑。 |

| Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of urinary calculi following urinary diversion by reporting a case of uri-nary reservoir stones after detubularized cecocolonic continent bladder replacement.Methods From March 22 to April 4, 2024, Wei-fang People's Hospital managed a patient with urinary reservoir calculi after detubularized cecocolonic bladder replacement via opencystolithotomy. A literature review was performed to analyze the features, diagnostic/therapeutic strategies, and preventive measures forpost-diversion urinary stones.Results An elderly male patient presented with ultrasound-confirmed urinary reservoir stones. Success-ful stone removal was achieved through cystolithotomy. Postoperative management included antibiotics, fluid therapy, and wound care,with discharge after six days.Conclusion Managing post-diversion urinary calculi necessitates comprehensive evaluation and tailoredapproaches based on diversion type, stone characteristics, and surgical expertise. |
