| 创面愈合是一个复杂的过程,涉及止血、炎症、增殖和重塑四个阶段,而糖尿病、血管疾病等因素常导致创面愈合延迟。研究表明,来源于七叶树、人参、三七等植物中的天然皂苷类活性成分,具有抗炎、促血管新生、促细胞增殖和抗氧化等多种作用机制,能够有效促进创面愈合。本文综述了29种天然皂苷类成分在促进创面愈合方面的作用及应用概况,并探讨了其在临床应用中的潜力,为未来开发更多具有创面愈合活性的天然皂苷类化合物提供参考依据。 |

| Wound healing is a complex process, encompassing four stages: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. Factors such as diabetes and vascular diseases often result in delayed wound healing. Research indicates that natural saponins derived from plants like Aesculus, ginseng, and Panax notoginseng exhibit anti-inflammatory, pro-angiogenic, pro-proliferative, and antioxidant properties, effectively facilitating wound healing. This article provides a comprehensive review of the role and application of 29 natural saponins in promoting wound healing, and explores their potential for clinical use, thereby offering valuable insights for the future development of more natural saponin compounds with wound-healing activity. |
