      骨代谢是由骨生成与骨吸收构建的动态平衡,骨髓间充质干细胞( BMMSC)、成骨细胞( OB)和破骨细胞( OC)起主要作用。通过对骨代谢系统的广泛研究,发现病理性和生理性缺氧都可能影响骨骼健康;高海拔人群有不同程度的体质量下降及骨量减少,低氧与骨质疏松联系密切。现从低氧调控骨代谢的分子机制及高压氧在治疗骨质疏松症方面的应用进行综述,为高海拔地区预防骨量减少、防治骨质疏松症提供思路。
英文摘要:
      Bone metabolism is a dynamic balance constructed by bone formation and bone resorption. Bone marrow mesenchymalstem cells (BMMSC), osteoblasts (OB) and osteoclasts (OC) play a major role. Through extensive research on the bone metabolic system,it has been found that both pathological and physiological hypoxia may affect bone health. People at high altitude have different degreesof weight loss and bone loss. Hypoxia is closely related to osteoporosis. In the following, I will review the molecular mechanism of hy-poxia regulating bone metabolism and the application of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of osteoporosis, so as to provide ideas forpreventing bone loss and osteoporosis in high altitude areas.
