      环状 RNA由前体信使 RNA(precursor messenger RNA,pre-mRNA)通过反向剪接产生,具有独特的环状结构,在体内非常稳定。自噬参与许多生理和病理过程,与肿瘤发生发展密切相关。近年来越来越多研究发现,环状 RNA通过促进或抑制自噬影响肿瘤发生发展的多个方面,具有作为肿瘤诊断、预后生物标志物和新治疗靶点的潜力。该文综述了环状 RNA在肿瘤自噬中的研究现状,以期为恶性肿瘤的早期防治提供新思路。
英文摘要:
      Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are primarily produced through back-splicing of precursor messenger RNA (pre-mRNA) andpossess a distinct circular structure that is highly stable in the body. Autophagy participates in many physiological and pathological pro-cesses, closely related to the occurrence and development of tumors. In recent years, increasing research has found that circRNAs canaffect multiple aspects of tumor development by promoting or inhibiting autophagy. It has the potential to serve as a diagnostic, prognos-tic biomarker, and a novel therapeutic target for tumors. This article provides an overview of the current research on circRNAs in tumorautophagy, aiming to offer new insights into the early prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.
