      急性肾损伤( AKI)是指由各种病因引起的肾功能快速下降的临床综合征,此病起病急,病死率高,已成为严峻的社会公共问题。 N6-腺苷酸甲基化( m6A)修饰是真核细胞最普遍、丰富的转录后修饰,由甲基化转移酶、去甲基化酶、甲基阅读蛋白协同作用,通过调节免疫反应、细胞增殖分化和能量代谢等病理生理过程参与疾病的进展。越来越多的研究表明, m6A修饰在 AKI发生发展中发挥重要作用。该文就 m6A修饰在 AKI中的研究现状进行综述,旨在为 AKI的早期识别及治疗提供新思路。
英文摘要:
      Acute kidney injury (AKI) is a clinical syndrome with rapid decline of renal function caused by various etiologies. It has be-come a serious social and public problem with acute onset and high mortality. N6-methyladenine (m6A) is the most common and abun-dant post-transcriptional modification in eukaryotic cells, which is coordinated by methylases, demethylases and methyl-reading pro-tein. It participates in the progression of the disease by regulating the pathophysiological processes such as immune response, cell pro-liferation and differentiation and energy metabolism. An increasing number of studies have shown that m6A modification plays an im-portant role in the occurrence and development of AKI. This paper reviews the research status of m6A modification in AKI, aiming toprovide new insights into the early identification and treatment of AKI.
