| 膀胱过度活动症( OAB)是一种以尿急症为主要特征的综合征，常伴有尿频和夜尿的症状，伴或不伴有急迫性尿失禁。因为病人存在明显的尿频、尿急症状，严重影响生活及社交，时常合并抑郁、焦虑的情绪问题。 OAB治疗效果欠佳的原因在于可能是忽略了病人同时存在的情绪障碍。了解 OAB与情绪障碍共患的相关病理生理学机制对于推进伴有情绪障碍的 OAB病人的治疗尤为重要。随着静息态功能磁共振成像技术的发展与成熟，大脑脑区逐渐成为研究 OAB共患情绪障碍的新方向。通过对比 OAB和情绪障碍病人的大脑静息态功能磁共振结果，两者存在一些相同的脑区发生变化，可能是 OAB病人常合并情绪障碍的原因之一。同时基于脑 -肠-膀胱轴的框架概念，解释情绪障碍可能导致 OAB的发生和进展。 |

| Overactive bladder (OAB) is a syndrome characterized by urinary urgency, which is often accompanied by symptoms of uri-nary frequency and nocturia, with or without urgent urinary incontinence. Because the patient has obvious symptoms of frequent urina-tion and urgency, which seriously affects life and social interaction, and is often complicated with depression and anxiety. The reasonwhy the treatment effect of overactive bladder is not good may be that it ignores the emotional disorder of patients at the same time. Un-derstanding the pathophysiological mechanism of OAB and emotional disorder is particularly important to promote the treatment of pa-tients with OAB accompanied by emotional disorder. The development and gradual maturity of resting state functional magnetic reso-nance imaging (fMRI) technology has provided the possibility of new targets for brain regions to study mood disorders in overactive blad-der. By comparing the resting state fMRI results of patients with overactive bladder and patients with mood disorders, there are somechanges in the same brain regions between them, which may be one of the reasons why patients with OAB often have mood disorders. Atthe same time, based on the framework concept of brain gut bladder axis, explain the reasons why patients with mood disorders mayhave overactive bladder symptoms. |
