| 肿瘤已成为影响人类健康的头号疾病，中医药在肿瘤治疗中的优势越来越显著，其中许多中药有效成分在肿瘤治疗中都有显著成效。然而在抗肿瘤药物筛选研究中发现，现有的肿瘤模型难以满足更加精确、稳定的药筛需要，因此，亟须寻找更直接、准确、可靠的抗肿瘤药物筛选新模型，来提高抗肿瘤药物研发的成功率。肿瘤类器官是取材于病人的肿瘤组织，通过加入多种细胞因子培养，与病人肿瘤高度一致的 3D“微肿瘤”，具有与来源肿瘤组织相似的结构特征和功能特性，而且能够在体外 3D培养体系中稳定扩增，有望成为更好的新药开发模型。该文结合肿瘤类器官模型的最新研究现状，对基于肿瘤类器官模型探索中医药有效成分治疗肿瘤的应用和前景进行综述。 |

| Tumor has become the number one disease affecting human health, and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) are becoming more and more significant in the treatment of tumors, and many active ingredients of TCM have shown remarkableresults in the treatment of tumors. However, in antitumor drug screening studies, it has been found that existing tumor models are diffi-cult to meet the need for more accurate and stable drug screening, so there is an urgent need to find new models for antitumor drugscreening that are more direct, accurate, and reliable to improve the success rate of antitumor drug development. Tumor organoids are3D "microtumors" that are cultured from patients' tumor tissue and are highly consistent with patients' tumors by adding various cyto-kines. They exhibit structural characteristics and functional properties similar to those of the original tumors, and they can be stably ex-panded in the in vitro 3D culture system, which are expected to be superior models for new drug development. In this paper, we reviewthe application and prospects of tumor organoid models in exploring TCM active ingredients for tumor treatment in light of the latest re-search advances in tumor organoid models. |
