| 目的分析黄金微针射频联合超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光对面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕病人愈合时间、面部美观度及角质层含水量的影响。方法选择 2020年 3月至 2023年 2月雅安职业技术学院附属医院收治的 80例面部痤疮凹陷性瘢痕病人为研究对象，依据数字表法随机将其分为对照组( 40例，给予超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光治疗)和联合组( 40例，在对照组的基础上采用黄金微针射频治疗)对比两组病人满意度、临床疗效、皮肤生理指标、愈合情况、面部改善情况［临床痤疮瘢痕评估量表(ECCA)、痤疮综合分级，系统( GAGS)］。结果治疗后，联合组角质层含水量高于对照组，经表皮水分丢失、黑素指数、红斑指数均低于对照组( P<0.05)。治疗后，联合组结痂时间［( 2.82±0.85)d比( 4.59±1.03)d］、完全愈合时间［( 7.86±2.13)d比( 12.99±3.54)d］及痂皮脱落时间［( 5.57±0.98)d比( 8.64±2.23)d］均低于对照组( P<0.05)。治疗后，联合组 GAGS评分高于对照组，且 ECCA评分低于对照组( P<0.05)。联合组满意度为 65.00%，高于对照组 30.00%。联合组总治疗效率为 90.00%，高于对照组70.00%(P<0.05)。结论黄金微针射频联合超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光可增加角质层含水量，加快创面愈合速度，改善面部美观度，治疗效果显著。 |

| Objective To analyze the effects of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with superpulse carbon dioxide lattice la-ser on the healing time, facial beauty and water content of Stratum corneum in patients with facial acne concave scars. Methods Eighty patients with facial acne concave scars admitted to Ya'an Polytechnic College Affiliated Hospital from March 2020 to February2023 were regarded as the research subjects. They were randomly separated into a control group (40 cases, treated with superpulse car-bon dioxide lattice laser) and a combination group (40 cases, treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency based on control group) us-ing the digital table method. The satisfaction, clinical efficacy, skin physiological indicators, healing status, and facial improvement[Echelle d'Evaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d'acne (ECCA), acne Comprehensive Grading System (GAGS)] of the two groups werecompared.Results After treatment, the water content of Stratum corneum in the combined group was higher than that in the controlgroup, and the transcutaneous water loss, melanin index and erythema index were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the scab formation time [(2.82±0.85) d vs. (4.59±1.03) d], complete healing time [(7.86±2.13) d vs. (12.99±3.54) d], and scab shedding time [(5.57±0.98) d vs. (8.64±2.23) d] in the combination group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Aftertreatment, the GAGS score of the combination group was higher than that of the control group, and the ECCA score was lower than thatof the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of the combined group was 65.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(30.00%). The total treatment efficiency of the combination group was 90.00%, which was higher than that of the control group(70.00%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with superpulse carbon dioxide lattice laser can increasethe water content of Stratum corneum, speed up wound healing, improve facial beauty, and have a obvious therapeutic effect. |
