| 目的增进对泌尿系软斑病( malakoplakia)的认识。方法回顾性分析 2023年 10月青岛大学附属烟台毓璜顶医院收治的 1例泌尿系软斑病病人的临床资料。结果女， 53岁，“发现膀胱肿物 1d”入院。腹部 CT提示膀胱占位，左侧肾盂、输尿管重复畸形。尿常规白细胞 23 727.9个/微升，红细胞 300.1因个/微升。术后病理:膀胱软斑病；(左肾及输尿管)肾实质及一条输尿管近全长可见软斑病。结论泌尿系软斑病无特异的临床表现，且发病率低，常易误诊漏诊；需要进一步增进对该病的认识，从而早发现早治疗。 |

| Objective To enhance the understanding of malakoplakia in the urinary system.Methods A retrospective analysis wasconducted on the clinical data of a patient with malakoplakia admitted to Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital in October 2023.Results The patient, a 53-year-old female, was admitted due to the discovery of a bladder tumor for one day. CT findings of the urinary system re-vealed a bladder mass and left renal pelvis and ureter duplication deformity. Urinary routine showed white blood cell count at 23 727.9pcs/μL and red blood cell count at 300.1 pcs/μL. Postoperative pathology confirmed malakoplakia in the bladder as well as in the renalparenchyma and along almost the entire length of one ureter (left kidney and ureter).Conclusions Malacoplakia of the urinary systempresents with nonspecific clinical manifestations, and its incidence rate is low. It is prone to misdiagnois and missed diagnosis. Furtherimprovement is needed regarding our understanding of this disease for early detection and treatment. |
