| 肾脏疾病仍然是威胁人类健康的主要原因之一，给全球人民医疗及经济发展带来了巨大的负担。铁死亡作为一种新型的调节细胞死亡方式，随着研究深入，其在各种肾脏疾病的发病机制和发展中的关键作用引起了广泛关注，如急性肾损伤、慢性肾脏病、肾细胞癌、肾纤维化、糖尿病肾病等。该研究描述铁死亡在肾脏疾病中的重要作用。通过总结铁死亡在不同肾脏疾病中的作用机制及最新研究进展，为肾脏疾病治疗和预防提供新的方向和策略。 |

| Kidney disease is still one of the major threats to human health, which brings a huge burden to people's healthcare and eco-nomic development around the world. As a new way of regulating cell death, ferroptosis has attracted wide attention for its key role inthe pathogenesis and development of various kidney diseases, such as acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, renal cell carcino-ma, renal fibrosis, diabetic nephropathy, etc. This study describes the important role of ferroptosis in kidney disease, and summarizesthe mechanism of ferroptosis in different kidney diseases and the latest research progress, providing new insights and strategies for thetreatment and prevention of kidney diseases. |
