椎间盘退变( intervertebral disc degeneration,IVDD)是引起腰背痛及下肢活动受限最常见的退变性疾病。细胞衰老是指细胞逐渐失去分裂能力和功能的过程,可通过驱动髓核细胞、纤维环细胞及软骨终板细胞衰老推进 IVDD进程。逆转椎间盘相关细胞衰老进程极可能是改善 IVDD的有效措施,但截至目前其具体分子机制仍不详。因此,该研究拟对细胞衰老与 IVDD之间的关系进行综述,以期为 IVDD提供新的治疗策略。 |

Intervertebral disc degeneration (IVDD) is the most common degenerative disease that causes low back pain and lower limbmovement limitation. Cell senescence refers to the process in which cells gradually lose their division ability and function. It can pro-mote the IVDD process by driving the senescence of nucleus pulposus cells, annulus fibrosus cells, and cartilaginous endplates cells.Reversing IVD-related cell senescence is likely an effective measure to improve IVDD, but its specific molecular mechanism is still un-known. Therefore, this article reviews the relationship between cell senescence and IVDD so as to provide new therapeutic strategies forIVDD. |
