| 非创伤性急性腹痛发病迅速、病情变化快、症状严重。如果未能及时诊断和治疗，病情可能在短时间内出现恶化甚至危及生命。因此急诊分诊是非创伤急性腹痛病人风险评估的关键环节。该研究对非创伤性急性腹痛病人分诊概述、分诊评估工具及影响因素进行综述，以期为制定非创伤性急性腹痛病人预检分诊标准及规范非创伤性急性腹痛病人分诊工作提供参考依据。 |

| Non-traumatic acute abdominal pain has an acute onset, rapid change, and severe condition. If it is not diagnosed and treat-ed in time, the condition may exacerbate or even endanger life within a short period of time. Emergency triage is a critical component ofrisk assessment for patients with non-traumatic acute abdominal pain. This study reviews the overview of triage of patients with non-traumatic acute abdominal pain, triage assessment tools and influencing factors, in order to provide reference for formulating pre-exami-nation triage standards and standardizing the triage work of acute abdominal-pain patients. |
