中性粒细胞是一种先天免疫细胞,在炎症早期被募集到损伤组织内,产生促炎细胞因子,释放由脱氧核糖核酸和颗粒蛋白组成的网状结构,即中性粒细胞胞外陷阱( neutrophil extracellular traps,NETs)。 NETs具有潜在毒性,可导致肾小球损伤,激活自身免疫过程,诱导血管损伤,促进肾纤维化。多项研究的证据表明, NETs通过多种途径促进肌成纤维细胞形成,加重蛋白尿,并加速肾纤维化的进展。该研究总结了 NETs在肾纤维化进展中的作用及其机制,为今后临床延缓肾纤维化的治疗提供新思路和有力证据。 |

Neutrophils, which are innate immune cells, are recruited into damaged tissues at the early stage of inflammation, produc-ing pro-inflammatory cytokines, releasing a network structure composed of deoxyribonucleic acid and granular proteins, namely neutro-phil extracellular traps (NETs). NETs have potential toxicity, which can lead to glomerular damage, activate autoimmune processes, in-duce vascular damage, and promote renal fibrosis. Evidence from multiple studies has shown that NETs promote myofibroblast forma-tion, aggravate proteinuria, and accelerate the progression of renal fibrosis through a variety of ways. This paper summarizes the roleand mechanism of NETs in the progression of renal fibrosis, providing novel insights and strong evidence for future clinical interven-tions to delay renal fibrosis. |
