| 槲皮素是普遍存在于多种天然植物、蔬菜、水果中的一大类天然活性物质，具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗菌、抗衰老、抗凋亡、抑制肿瘤干细胞等多种药理学活性，具有广阔的药用前景。研究发现它能通过减少炎症、减轻氧化应激和促进新血管形成，在寻常痤疮、特应性皮炎( AD)、银屑病等慢性炎症性皮肤病的治疗中发挥着巨大的作用。该研究通过总结近年来国内外槲皮素在慢性炎症性皮肤病中的相关研究热点，为未来的)究方向提供了依据和参考。 |

| Quercetin is a kind of natural active substance which exists in many kinds of natural plants, vegetables and fruits, whichhas many pharmacological activities, such as anti-inflammation, anti-oxidation, anti-bacteria, anti-aging, anti-apoptosis, inhibiting tu-mor stem cells and so on. It has been found that it plays an important role in the treatment of chronic inflammatory skin diseases suchas acne vulgaris, atopic dermatitis (AD) and psoriasis by reducing inflammation, reducing oxidative stress and promoting new blood ves-sel formation. This study summarizes the research hotspots of quercetin in chronic inflammatory dermatosis at home and abroad in re-cent years, and provides the basis and reference for the future research direction. |
