      积雪草及其三萜化合物具有显著的抗炎和免疫调节作用,其通过抑制核因子κB(NF-κB),丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)等炎症通路,调节巨噬细胞极化和辅助性T细胞17(Th17)/调节性T细胞(Treg)细胞平衡,并激活核因子E2相关因子2(Nrf2)/血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)抗氧化通路发挥作用。众多研究表明,积雪草及其三萜化合物可有效干预类风湿关节炎(RA)、银屑病、特应性皮炎(AD)、炎症性肠病(IBD)及多发性硬化症(MS)等炎症及免疫性疾病,但临床循证证据几乎空白。尽管其临床应用仍受限于生物利用度等问题,但作为多靶点天然药物,积雪草具有重要开发价值。该文综述了积雪草及其三萜化合物的作用机制及疾病应用研究进展,以期为积雪草的深入开发及临床应用提供研究基础。
英文摘要:
      Centella asiatica?and its triterpenoid compounds exhibit significant anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects. They function by inhibiting inflammatory pathways such as nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK), regulating macrophage polarization and T helper 17 (Th17)/regulatory T cell (Treg) balance, and activating the nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2)/heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) antioxidant pathway. Numerous in vitro and in vivo studies have demonstrated that?Centella asiatica?and its triterpenoids can effectively intervene in inflammatory and immune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriasis, atopic dermatitis (AD), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and multiple sclerosis (MS). However, clinical evidence remains scarce. Although their clinical application is still limited by issues such as bioavailability, as a multi-target natural medicine,?Centella asiatica?holds significant development value. This article reviews the research progress on the mechanisms of action and disease applications of?Centella asiatica?and its triterpenoid compounds, aiming to provide a foundation for its further development and clinical application.
