目的探究眼睑基底细胞癌组织中成纤维生长因子受体 4(FGFR-4)、成纤维细胞生长因子 2(FGF2)表达及其临床意义。方法选取 2017年 2月至 2020年 2月信阳市中心医院收治的 80例眼睑基底细胞癌病人,实时荧光定量反转录聚合酶链式反应( qRT-PCR)法测定癌组织与癌旁组织 FGFR-4信使 RNA(mRNA)、 FGF2 mRNA水平,免疫组织化学法检测两组组织中 FGFR-4、FGF2表达。 Cox回归分析影响病人术后复发的因素。结果癌组织 FGFR-4 mRNA、FGF2 mRNA水平比癌旁组织高(P<0.05)。癌组织中 FGFR-4、FGF2蛋白阳性表达率分别为 70.00%、65.00%,显著高于癌旁组织组 33.75%、32.50%(P<0.05)。 FGFR-4、FGF2蛋白表达与肿瘤长径、脉管侵犯、脉管转移等因素相关( P<0.05)。癌组织中 FGFR-4蛋白高表达复发率为 64.00%高于 FGFR-4蛋白低表达病人 36.00%;FGF2蛋白高表达病人复发率为 72.00%高于 FGF2蛋白低表达病人 28.00%(P<0.05)。多因素 Cox分析显示, FGFR-4、FGF2是影响病人复发眼睑基底细胞癌的危险因素( P<0.05)。结论 FGFR-4、FGF2在眼睑基底细胞癌病人癌组织中均高表达,并且与肿瘤长径、脉管侵犯、脉管转移及复发等因素有关,可能是眼睑基底细胞癌的潜在标志物。 |

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 (FGFR-4) and fi-broblast growth factor 2 (FGF2) in eyelid basal cell carcinoma tissues.Methods A total of 80 consecutive eyelid basal cell carcinomacases treated in Xinyang Central Hospital from February 2017 to February 2020 were gathered as the study subjects. Real-time fluores-cence quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to determine the levels of FGFR-4 messenger RNA (mRNA) and FGF2 mRNA in cancerous tissues and paracancerous tissues. The expression levels of FGFR-4 and FGF2 in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry. Cox regression analysis was performed to analyze the factors affecting postoperative re‐currence.Results The levels of FGFR-4 mRNA and FGF2 mRNA in cancerous tissues were higher than those in paracancerous tis-sues (P<0.05). FGFR4 and FGF2 were expressed in 70.00% and 65.00% of eyelid BCC tissues, respectively, which were significantlyhigher than those in paracancerous tissues (33.75% and 32.50%, P<0.05). The expressions of FGFR-4 and FGF2 were related to tumor length, vascular invasion, and vascular metastasis (P<0.05). Eyelid BCC with high FGFR4 expression showed 64.00% recurrence,which was higher than that of eyelid BCC with low FGFR-4 expression (36.00%). The recurrence rate of patients with high FGF2 ex-pression was 72.00%, which was higher than that of patients with low FGF2 expression (28.00%, P<0.05). Multivariate Cox analysis re-sults showed that FGFR-4 and FGF2 were risk factors for recurrent eyelid BCC (P<0.05).Conclusion FGFR-4 and FGF2 are highlyexpressed in the cancer tissues of patients with eyelid basal cell carcinoma, and are related to such factors as tumor length, vascular in-vasion, vascular metastasis and recurrence, which may be potential markers of eyelid basal cell carcinoma. |
