      目的了解皖北地区 6个月内婴儿髋关节发育现状,探讨婴儿发育性髋关节发育不良( developmental dysplasia of the hip,DDH)的超声筛查结果,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析 2020年 1月至 2022年 11月于皖北煤电集团总医院体检的 5 105例 6个月内婴儿髋关节物理检查和超声筛查结果情况。结果共筛查 5 105例婴儿,男婴 2 667例,女婴 2 438例。髋关节异常的婴儿 266例,异常率 5.2%。单侧异常率 3.2%(164例)双侧异常率 2.0%(102例)差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。女婴与男婴髋关节异常率比为 6.9∶3.7,差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.68,P,<0.05)。左侧髋关节与右侧,髋关节异常率比为 4.1∶3.1,差异有统计学意义( χ2=7.62,P<0.05)。此外, 2个月内婴儿异常率高于 2个月以上的婴儿,冬季异常率明显高于其他季节,差异有统计学意义(均 P<0.05)。结论 6个月内婴儿髋关节超声检查是 DDH早期筛查简单、安全的方法,可为 DDH的早期诊断提供可靠依据,临床工作中应重视 2个月内婴儿,女婴以及左侧髋关节的筛查。

      Objective To know about the current status of hip joint development in infants under 6 months in northern Anhui, and toexplore the results of ultrasound screening for developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) in infants, in order to provide reference forclinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The results of physical examination and ultrasound screening of hip joints in 5 105 infantsunder 6 months, who underwent physical examination in Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group General Hospital from January 2020 to Novem-ber 2022, were retrospectively analyzed.Results A total of 5 105 infants were screened, including 2 667 males and 2 438 females.There were 266 infants with hip joint abnormalities, with an abnormality rate of 5.2%. The unilateral abnormality rate was 3.2% (164cases), and the bilateral abnormality rate was 2.0% (102 cases). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The ratio of hip joint abnormalities between female and male infants was 6.9∶3.7, and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=26.68, P<0.05). The ratio of abnormalities between the left and right hip joints was 4.1∶3.1, with a statistically significant difference(χ2=7.62, P<0.05).Additionally, the abnormality rate of infants under 2 months was higher than that of infants over 2 months old, and the abnormality ratewas significantly higher in winter than in other seasons, with statistical significance (all P<0.05).Conclusions Ultrasound examina-tion of the hip joint in infants under 6 months is a simple and safe method for early screening of DDH, which can provide reliable refer-ence for the early diagnosis. In clinical practice, attention should be paid to the screening of infants under 2 months, female infants, andthe left hip joint.
