目的对针刺治疗脑缺血再灌注损伤( cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury,CIRI)的文献进行可视化分析,探究针刺治疗 CIRI研究领域的发展趋势及研究热点,为今后 CIRI的研究提供参考。方法检索知网( CNKI)、万方( Wanfang)和维普( VIP)数据库建库至 2023年 6月 30日有关针刺治疗 CIRI的相关文献,应用 CiteSpace软件,对关键词::、作者、研究机构进行可视化分析。结果共检索文献 4 103篇,纳入文献 1 336篇,从 20世纪 90年代开始出现,发文量总体不断上升。参与完成 1 336篇文献的作者中,尚未形成核心作者群体。发文量大于 100篇的机构为辽宁中医药大学与湖北中医药大学。关键词::频次最高的为“脑缺血再灌注”“电针”“大鼠模型”。聚类图谱显示研究内容主要包括:针刺方法、所选腧穴以及观察指标等。通过凸显词分析,百会穴和大椎穴在炎症介导的细胞凋亡机制上对神经功能的影响研究为现今研究热点。结论针刺 CIRI模型百会穴和大椎穴,探究炎症反应介导的细胞凋亡机制,观察其对 CIRI模型神经功能的影响是当今的研究热点。探索针刺治疗 CIRI临床试验的安全性或为该领域未来研究的趋势。 |

Objective To visualize and analyze the literature on acupuncture treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI), to explore the development trends and research hotspots in the field of acupuncture treatment of CIRI, and to provide referencefor future research on CIRI.Methods The relevant literature on acupuncture treatment of CIRI was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfangand VIP databases up to June 30, 2023, and the keywords, authors and research institutions were visually analyzed using CiteSpace software.Results A total of 4 103 articles were searched and 1 336 were included. They began to be published in the 1990s, and theoverall number of publications continued to rise. Among the authors of 1 336 articles, a core author group had not yet formed. The insti-tutions with a publication volume greater than 100 articles are Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hubei Universi-ty of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The keywords with the highest frequency are "cerebral ischemia-reperfusion", "electroacupunc-ture", and "rat model". The cluster graph shows that the research on CIRI mainly includes acupuncture methods, selected acupoints,and observation indicators. Burst detection analysis indicates that the impact of Baihui acupoint and Dazhui acupoint on neural func-tion through the mechanism of inflammation-mediated cell apoptosis has become a current research hotspot.Conclusion Acupuncture at Baihui and Dazhui acupoints in the CIRI model to explore the mechanism of inflammation-mediated cell apoptosis and to observe itsimpact on the neural function of the CIRI model is currently a research hotspot. Ensuring the safety of clinical trials of acupuncturetreatment for CIRI may become the trend of future research in this field. |
