| 临床检验诊断学专业学位硕士研究生培养的设立标志着医学教育领域的一项革新探索，旨在培育出兼具深厚临床洞察能力与精湛检验技艺的高端医学检验精英。这不仅是对传统医疗人才培养模式的拓展，也是对检验医师综合素养评估的一次创新尝试。中国临床检验诊断学专业学位硕士研究生教育起步较晚，尚处于成长与完善的过程中，需不断从实战中汲取养分，积累宝贵经验，开创新的教学路径以适应当下需求。该研究分析并探讨了南京医科大学临床检验诊断学专业学位硕士研究生的教育现状与面临问题，同时对 2018—2024年南京医科大学医学检验系在读及已毕业的共 19名检验专业硕士生进行了调研，并针对性地提出了改进策略，旨在提升该专业硕士研究生的培养质量。 |

| The marks of a revolutionary exploration in medical education field is the establishment of a Master's degree program inClinical Laboratory Diagnosis, which aimed to cultivate high-end medical laboratory elites with profound clinical insight and exquisitelaboratory skills. This is not only an expansion of the traditional medical talent training model, but also an innovative attempt to evalu-ate the comprehensive quality of laboratory physicians. Although the education of master's degree in clinical laboratory diagnosis start-ed relatively late and is still in the process of growth and improvement in China, it continuously learns from practical experience, accu-mulates valuable experience, and opens up innovative teaching paths to meet current needs. This article analyzes and explores the edu-cation status and challenges faced by master's students majoring in Clinical Laboratory Diagnosis of Nanjing Medical University, mean-while, a survey is conducted on 19 undergraduate and graduate students majoring in laboratory medicine at Nanjing Medical Universityfrom 2018 to 2024, and proposed improvement strategies aim at enhancing the quality of training for master's students in this field. |
