| 消化系统肿瘤作为全球范围内的常见疾病，包括食管癌、胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌等，发病率一直居高不下。基质金属蛋白酶( MMP)-9作为一种重要的蛋白水解酶，参与肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移的过程，在消化系统肿瘤中的研究备受关注。该文综述了 MMP-9在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展，包括其在肿瘤发生、发展、转移和预后等方面的作用，以及作为潜在治疗靶点的意义。目前研究表明， MMP-9在消化系统肿瘤中的表达水平与肿瘤分期、转移和预后密切相关，一些临床试验已尝试使用抑制 MMP-9的药物来治疗消化系统肿瘤，但效果并不理想。未来研究需要进一步探讨 MMP-9在消化系统肿瘤中的作用机制，并寻找更有效的治疗策略。 |

| Digestive system neoplasms, including esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, and colorectal cancer, are commondiseases globally, with consistently high incidence rates. Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), as an important proteolytic enzyme, is in-volved in the process of tumor cell invasion and metastasis, and its research in digestive system neoplasms has attracted much atten-tion. This research summarizes the progress of MMP-9 in digestive system neoplasms, including its role in tumorigenesis, development,metastasis, prognosis as well as its significance as a potential therapeutic target. Current studies have shown that the expression level ofMMP-9 in digestive system neoplasms is closely related to tumor stage, metastasis, and prognosis. Some clinical trials have attempted touse drugs that inhibit MMP-9 to treat digestive system neoplasms, but the effects are not ideal. Future research needs to further explore the mechanism of MMP-9 in digestive system neoplasms and find more effective treatment strategies. |
