| 急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是短时间内发生的急性弥漫性肺损伤,通常需要机械通气,有较高的病死率,至今尚未完全阐明发病机制,并且缺乏特异性治疗。近年来随着对肺微生态的深入研究,有希望从新的角度认识 ARDS。目前研究发现 ARDS病人肺微生态失衡,肺肠微生物组发生了改变,并进一步影响了 ARDS的发生发展。该研究综述 ARDS病人中微生物组的变化、微生物组的作用以及基于微生态失衡的潜在治疗的研究进展,以期认识肺微生态在 ASDS发病机制中的作用,从新的角度预防和治疗 ARDS。 |

| Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) is an acute diffuse lung injury that develops rapidly, often requires mechanicalventilation, and is associated with high mortality. Its pathogenesis remains incompletely understood, and specific treatments are lack-ing. In recent years, with in-depth research on the pulmonary microecology, there is hope for understanding ARDS from a new perspec-tive. Current studies have found that ARDS patients exhibit an imbalance in the pulmonary microecology, with alterations in the lung-gut microbiome that further influence the onset and progression of ARDS. This review summarizes the changes in the microbiome ofARDS patients, the role of the microbiome, and research progress on potential treatments based on microecological imbalances, aimingto understand the role of pulmonary microecology in the pathogenesis of ARDS and explore new perspectives for its prevention andtreatment. |
