| 衰弱是全身多系统构成的稳态体系受损，导致生理储备下降、抗应激能力减退及应激后恢复能力下降的非特异性状态，是一种与增龄相关的老年综合征。消化道肿瘤病人术前往往合并衰弱，但衰弱对预后的影响尚不完全清楚。该研究主要对衰弱与老年结直肠肿瘤手术预后的关系进行综述，旨在进一步关注老年结直肠肿瘤病人术前衰弱状态，加强围术期管理，促进胃肠外科老年病人术后加速康复。 |

| Frailty is a nonspecific state of impaired homeostatic system composed of multiple organs of the whole body, characterizedby a decline in physiologic reserve, resistance to stress and recovery capacity after stress. It is a geriatric syndrome associated with ag-ing. Frailty is prevalent in elderly patients with intestinal tumors, but the impact of frailty on prognosis is not entirely clear. This reviewaims to elaborate the relationship between frailty and prognosis in elderly undergoing colorectal cancer surgery, and reminds surgeonsand anesthesiologists to focus on the preoperative status of elderly patients with colorectal tumors, hoping to enhance perioperative man-agement and accelerate postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients in gastrointestinal surgery. |
