| 红斑肢痛症是一种神经血管性疾病，发病机制复杂，与基因、周围神经系统疾病、外周血管疾病、血液病、气温骤变等多因素有关，也被报道与肿瘤相关，但缺乏详细、全面的相关介绍。该研究收集并整理国内外资料，综述其病因及发病机制，为临床和科研提供学术参考，以期更好地了解、预防红斑肢痛症，为治疗疾病提供思路。 |

| Erythromelalgia is a rare neurovascular disease characterized by a complex pathogenesis. It is associated with genetic fac-tors, peripheral nervous system disorders, peripheral vascular diseases, hematologic disorders, sudden temperature changes, and otherfactors. Additionally, there have been reports suggesting a link between erythromelalgia and tumors. However, the etiology and patho-genesis of erythromelalgia lack detailed and comprehensive information. Thus, the team aim to address this gap by collecting and orga-nizing both domestic and international data. This review seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the etiology and pathogene-sis of erythromelalgia, while offering valuable academic references for clinical and scientific research. The ultimate goal is to enhanceour knowledge of erythromelalgia, develop effective preventive strategies, and propose new treatment approaches. |
