| 缺血性脑卒中有很高的发病率、致残率、病死率。早期识别缺血性脑卒中的危险因素并进行干预可以预防疾病的发生、改善预后。白细胞介素(IL)-17A通过多条信号通路参与炎症反应。研究表明， IL-17A在缺血性脑卒中发生前及急性期起损伤作用，在预后阶段起修复与损伤双重作用，有望在未来为缺血性脑卒中提供新的诊疗方法。该研究系统性回顾了 IL-17A在缺血性脑卒中的发展及预后中的作用，以期为靶向炎症治疗缺血性脑卒中提供参考。 |

| Ischemic stroke has a high morbidity, disability and mortality. Early identification of risk factors of ischemic stroke and in-tervention can prevent the occurrence of the disease and improve prognosis. IL-17A participates in inflammatory response through mul-tiple signaling pathways. Studies have shown that IL-17A plays a role in damage before the occurrence of ischemic stroke and in theacute stage, and plays a dual role in repair and damage in the prognostic stage, which is expected to provide a new diagnosis and treat-ment method for ischemic stroke in the future. This article systematically reviews the role of IL-17A in the development and prognosisof ischemic stroke, in order to provide a reference for targeted inflammation in the treatment of ischemic stroke. |
