| 糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最常见的微血管病变，在糖尿病及终末期肾病病人中出现的比例逐年增加，也是导致糖尿病病人残疾和死亡的首要原因。因此，该文主要对与糖尿病肾病相关的危险因素作一综述，如糖尿病类型、性别、遗传、糖脂代谢、肠道菌群、睡眠呼吸障碍、高尿酸等，以期早期评估及干预相关危险因素，进而预防或延缓糖尿病肾病的发生。 |

| Diabetic nephropathy is the most common microvascular complication of diabete. Its prevalence is increasing annuallyamong patients with diabetes mellitus and end-stage renal disease, making it the primary cause of disability and mortality in individualswith diabetes. Therefore, this article fprovides a review of risk factors associated with diabetic nephropathy, such as diabetes type, sex,genetics factors, glucose and lipid metabolism, gut microbiota, sleep-disordered breathing, and hyperuricemia, aiming to enable earlyassessment and intervention of these risk factors to prevent or delay the onset of diabetic nephropathy. |
