| 目的探究岐黄针疗法对腰椎管狭窄症(LSCS)病人的应用效果。方法使用岐黄针疗法对 60例于 2022年 8月至 2023年 2月在苏州大学附属太仓医院就诊的 LSCS病人进行治疗。分别进行治疗前后病人的血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、磁共振成像(MRI)下马尾神经沉降征(RNSs)和改良 Oswestry功能障碍指数( ODI)、和中医证候积分的比较。结果病人的 CAT[(23.84±2.76)kU/L比( 16.13±1.32)kU/L]、 GSH-Px、POD、SOD的水平在治疗后均有所上升( P<0.05);治疗后的 MRI显示 RNSs结果( RNSs1级 22例、 2级 23例、 3级 13例、 4级 2例)明显优于治疗前( RNSs1级 12例、 2级 18例、 3级 20例、 4级 10例)(P<0.05);病人经治疗后的改良 ODI、腰部疼痛视觉模拟评分法( VAS)评分、腿部疼痛 VAS评分与治疗前相比均有显著下降( P<0.05);膝腿无力、感觉麻木、腰部疼痛和下肢放射痛等中医证候积分在病人治疗后均出现了明显下降( P<0.05)。结论岐黄针疗法能够显著提高 LSCS病人的 CAT水平,降低 RNSs水平,明显改善病人的下腰痛症状。 |

| Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qihuang needle therapy on patients with lumbar spinal canal stenosis (LSCS).Methods Qihuang needle therapy was administered to 60 patients with LSCS who were treated at Taicang Hospital Affiliatedto Soochow University from August 2022 to February 2023. Levels of serum catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), peroxi-dase (POD), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were compared before and after treatment, as well as the nerve root sedimentation sign(RNSs) on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the modified Oswestry disability index (ODI), and traditional Chinese medicine. Re. sults After treatment, patient levels of CAT [(23.84±2.76) kU/L vs. (16.13±1.32) kU/L], GSH-Px, POD, and SOD were significantly in-creased (P<0.05). Post-treatment MRI results showed significantly improved RNSs grades (22 cases of grade 1, 23 cases of grade 2, 13cases of grade 3, and 2 cases of grade 4) compared to pre-treatment grades (12 cases of grade 1, 18 cases of grade 2, 20 cases of grade3, and 10 cases of grade 4); Significant reductions were observed in the modified ODI score, visual analogue scale (VAS) score for lowback pain, and VAS score for leg pain after treatment compared to pre-treatment values (P<0.05). TCM syndrome scores for knee andleg weakness, numbness, lower back pain, and radiating pain in lower limbs all decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.05).Con. clusion Qihuang needle therapy can significantly increase CAT levels in LSCS patients, reduces RNSs severity, and markedly im-prove low back pain symptoms. |
