| 目的评估耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合氨溴特罗口服液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及对中医证候、症状消失时间及炎症因子的影响。方法回顾性分析。选取 2023年 12月至 2024年 5月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院收治的支气管肺炎病儿 101例，按照治疗方法的不同，同时根据性别、年龄、病程和频数匹配将其分为对照组 55例，行常规基础治疗 +氨溴特罗口服液；观察组 46例，在对照组治疗基础上 +耳部全息铜砭刮痧，治疗 1周后，对比两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、症状恢复时间、炎症因子［降钙素原( PCT)、白细胞介素 -6(IL-6)、 C反应蛋白( CRP)］、不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组［ 95.65%(44/46)比 80.00%(44/55)， χ2=9.44，P<0.05］；观察组退热时间［( 2.51±0.80)d比( 4.12±1.20)d］、止咳时间［( 4.22±1.10)d比 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of combined treatment with ambroterol oral liquid on TCM syndrome and symptom dis-appearance time of children with bronchopneumonia based on auricular holographic copper scraping.Methods Retrospective analy-sis. Atotal of 101 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicinefrom December 2023 to May 2024 were selected. According to different treatment methods, and based on gender, age, disease durationand frequency matching, they were divided into control group (55 cases, routine basic treatment, ambrocol oral solution) and observa-tion group (46 cases, auricular holographic copper scraping + ambrocol oral solution). After 1 week of treatment, clinical curative effect,scores of TCM syndromes, recovery of symptoms and adverse reactions were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observa-tion group was higher than that of the control group [95.65% (44/46) vs. 80.00% (44/55), χ2=9.44, P<0.05]. The antipyretic time [(2.51± 0.80) d vs. (4.12±1.20) d] and cough relieving time [(4.22±1.10) d vs. (6.71±1.50) d] of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group (t=2.85, 6.07, P<0.05), disappearance time of lung rale and fade time of polypnea were shorter in observation group (P< 0.05). After treatment, scores of TCM syndromes (cough, expectoration, wheezing, fever, poor appetite) were lower in observation groupthan control group (P<0.05). After treatment, PCT, IL-6 and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05). The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was not statistically sig-nificant [13.04% (6/46) vs. 20.00% (11/55), χ2=0.83, P>0.05].Conclusion The curative effect of auricular holographic copper scrap-ing combined with ambrocol oral solution is significant in children with bronchopneumonia, which can improve TCM symptoms andshorten recovery time of symptoms. |
