| 目的探讨干扰素 α1b联合窄谱紫外线治疗亲毛囊性蕈样肉芽肿的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析 2021年 3月东北国际医院收治的 1例亲毛囊性蕈样肉芽肿病人的诊疗过程。病人女, 64岁,主诉周身红色丘疹伴瘙痒 2年,皮损的病理组织学、免疫组织化学及 T细胞受体基因重排检查结果符合亲毛囊性蕈样肉芽肿。给予干扰素 α1b剂量递增肌内注射联合亚红斑量窄谱紫外线照射治疗。结果临床诊断:亲毛囊性蕈样肉芽肿。入院后经干扰素 α1b联合窄谱紫外线治疗 4周,病人的皮疹及瘙痒快速缓解。结论干扰素 α1b联合窄谱紫外线治疗亲毛囊性蕈样肉芽肿显效快速,疗效较好,不良反应小。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of interferon α1b combined with narrow-band ultraviolet (NB-UV) in the treatment of folliculotropic mycosis fungoides (FMF).Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the diagnosis and treatmentcourse of one patient with folliculotropic mycosis fungoides who was admitted to Northeast International Hospital in March 2021. A 64-year-old female patient presented with persistent red papules and pruritus over two years. The results of histopathological examination,immunohistochemical staining, and T-cell receptor gene rearrangement detection of the patient's skin lesions were in line with the diag-nostic criteria of folliculotropic mycosis fungoides. The patient was administered intramuscular injection of interferon α1b with a gradu-ally increased dosage, combined with suberythemal dose narrow-band ultraviolet B irradiation for treatment.Results The clinical diag-nosis was follicular mycosis fungoides. After admission, the patient was treated with interferon α1b bombained with narrow-band ultra-violet therapy for four weeks, and the patient's rash and pruritus were rapidly relieved.Conclusion The combination therapy of inter-feron α1b and narrow-band ultraviolet irradiation exhibits rapid onset of effect, favorable therapeutic efficacy, and minimal adverse ef-fects in the treatment of folliculotropic mycosis fungoides. |
