| 目的探索安罗替尼、卡瑞利珠单抗联合化疗治疗肺肉瘤样癌的治疗经验。方法对潍坊市人民医院 2023年 3月收治的 1例肺肉瘤样癌病人临床资料及肺肉瘤样癌临床特点进行分析、总结。结果病人肺部多发结节入院，入院后行强化 CT示双肺多发占位，右肺占位穿刺病理结果示梭形细胞肿瘤，符合肉瘤。诊断为右肺上叶恶性肿瘤(肉瘤， T4N3M1，Ⅳ期)。行安罗替尼、卡瑞利珠单抗联合化疗方案治疗。治疗后复查胸部 CT示病灶减小，按实体瘤临床疗效评价标准( RECIST)1.1评估，病人疗效评估为部分缓解。结论肺肉瘤样癌病人经安罗替尼、卡瑞利珠单抗联合化疗治疗后，病人疗效评估为部分缓解。表明化疗结合抗血管新生及免疫治疗可使肺肉瘤样癌病人受益。 |

| Objective To explore the treatment experience of anlotinib and camrelizumab combined with chemotherapy for pulmo-nary sarcomatoid carcinoma.Methods The clinical data and clinical characteristics of pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma from a pa-tient admitted to Weifang People's Hospital in March 2023 were analyzed and summarized.Results The patient presented with multi-ple pulmonary nodules. Enhanced CT scan after admission revealed multiple masses in both lungs. Pathological findings from a punc-ture biopsy of the right lung mass showed a spindle cell tumor, consistent with sarcoma. The diagnosis was malignant tumor of the rightupper lobe (sarcoma, T4N3M1, Stage Ⅳ). The patient received a treatment regimen of anlotinib, camrelizumab combined with chemo-therapy. Follow-up chest CT examination showed a decrease in lesion size. According to the Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tu-mors (RECIST) version 1.1, the patient's therapeutic outcome was assessed as partial response (PR). Conclusions After treatment with anlotinib, camrelizumab combined with chemotherapy, the patient with pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma achieved a partial re-sponse. This indicates that chemotherapy combined with anti-angiogenesis therapy and immunotherapy can benefit patients with pulmo-nary sarcomatoid carcinoma. |
