| 结直肠癌是一种复杂的恶性肿瘤,其特征是涉及多种信号通路的失调以及肿瘤细胞和免疫系统之间复杂的相互作用。然而,结直肠癌可以发展出逃避免疫识别和破坏的能力,导致免疫逃逸。结直肠癌的免疫逃逸机制包括免疫检查点分子如程序性死亡受体 1(PD-1)/程序性死亡受体配体 1(PD-L1)的上调、抗原呈递的异常以及肿瘤微环境的调节等,了解这些机制对于制定有效的免疫治疗方式至关重要。而目前的免疫检查点抑制剂、过继细胞疗法和联合疗法有望克服免疫逃逸和改善结直肠癌病人的治疗结果,需要进一步的研究来揭示结直肠癌和免疫系统之间复杂的相互作用,为个性化的免疫治疗铺平道路。该研究拟对结直肠癌病人发生免疫逃逸的机制和治疗的研究现状及进展进行综述。 |

| Colorectal cancer is a complex malignant tumor characterized by dysregulation of multiple signaling pathways and intricateinteractions between tumor cells and the immune system. However, colorectal cancer has the capability to evade immune recognitionand destruction, resulting in immune escape (IE). The mechanisms responsible for immune escape in colorectal cancer include the up-regulation of immune checkpoint molecules such as PD-1/PD-L1, abnormal antigen presentation, and modulation of the tumor microen-vironment. Understanding these mechanisms is crucial for the development of effective immunotherapy modalities. Although currentstrategies, including immune checkpoint inhibitors, adoptive cell therapies, and combination therapies, show promise in overcoming im-mune escape and improving treatment outcomes for colorectal cancer patients, further research is warranted to unveil the intricate inter-actions between colorectal cancer and the immune system. This will pave the way for personalized immunotherapy. The purpose of thisarticle is to provide a comprehensive review of the current status and progress of research on the mechanisms and treatment of immuneescape in patients with colorectal cancer. |
