      目的建立十滴水气相色谱的特征图谱,并同时对 3种成分进行鉴别分析。方法 2021年 9—12月通过探索研究确定采用气相色谱法,程序升温,色谱柱为 Agilent HP-INNOWAX柱( 30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)。结果 11批十滴水得到的特征图谱相似度均在 0.998以上,共确认 20个共有峰,将实验测得的图谱与标准物质图谱对照,共指认 5个成分,分别为桉油精、樟脑、式茴香脑、茴香醛、桂皮醛。建立了反式茴香脑、茴香醛、桂皮醛 3种成分的气相鉴别方法,其检出限分别为 0.3、1.2、0.6 mg/L,通过与对照品保留时间一致的色谱峰, 11批十滴水样品均检出反式茴香脑、茴香醛及桂皮醛 3种成分。结论所建立的气相色谱的特征图谱方法和多组分鉴别方法简便,灵敏度高,可为评价十滴水质量提供实验依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To establish a gas chromatographic method for the characteristic spectrum of Shidi Shui, and to identify and analyze three components of it at the same time. Methods Through exploratory studies from September to December 2021, gas chro-matography with temperature programming was selected. The analysis was performed on an Agilent HP-INNOWAX column (30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm).Results The similarity of the characteristic spectrum obtained from 11 batches of Shidi Shui was above 0.998, and a to-tal of 20 common peaks were confirmed. Five components were identified by comparing the spectra obtained from the experiment withthose of the reference standards, which were eucalyptol, camphor, trans-anethole, anisaldehyde, cinnamaldehyde. A gas chromatogra-phy was established for trans-anethole, anisaldehyde, and cinnamaldehyde. The detection limits of the three components were 0.3 mg/L,1.2 mg/L, and 0.6 mg/L, respectively. The presence of trans-anethole, anisaldehyde, and cinnamaldehyde was confirmed in all eleven batches of Shidi Shui by matching their retention times to those of reference standards.Conclusion The established GC method for characteristic spectrum and multi-component identification method are simple and highly sensitive, which can be applied for evaluating the quality of Shidi Shui.
