| 目的进一步提高对卵巢硬化性间质瘤的认识和诊治水平。方法回顾性分析山东第二医科大学附属医院于 2021年 8月收治的 1例以绝经后阴道流血伴雌激素水平增高为主要表现的卵巢硬化性间质瘤的病人的诊疗过程。结果病人行子宫、双附件及大网膜切除术，最终术后病理明确为卵巢硬化性间质瘤，病人治愈出院，术后随访无复发迹象。结论该例病人是罕见的绝经后女性伴雌激素升高的卵巢硬化性间质瘤。 |

| Objective To further improve the diagnosis and treatment level of ovarian sclerosing stromal tumors.Methods A retro-spective analysis was performed of the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor who was ad-mitted to Shandong Second Medical University Affiliated Hospital in August 2021, with postmenopausal bleeding and increased estro-gen levels as the main manifestation. Results We performed hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, and omentectomy. Thepostoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed ovarian sclerosing stromal tumor. The patient was cured and discharged. There was noevidence of recurrence during the postoperative follow-up.Conclusion This patient is diagnosed with ovarian sclerosing stromal tumoraccompanied by elevated estrogen levels, which is exceptionally rare in a postmenopausal woman. |
