| 目的探讨杯状细胞腺癌( GCA)的临床及病理学特征，提高诊疗水平。方法回顾秦皇岛市第一医院 2022年 12月 1日收治的 GCA 1例，收集病人入院期间的一般资料、临床资料及病理诊断结果，并结合文献进行复习。结果阑尾 GCA缺乏典型的临床表现，影像学上亦无特征性改变，临床诊断较为困难，主要依靠术后病理明确诊断。结论 GCA是一种少见而独特的肿瘤，几乎全部发生在阑尾。临床表现、影像学检查无特异性，术后病理及免疫组织化学结果是其诊断的主要依据，手术治疗是其主要治疗方式。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of goblet cell adenocarcinoma and to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Methods The general data, clinical data, and pathological diagnosis results of a patient with appendicealgoblet cell adenocarcinoma admitted to the Qinhuangdao First Hospital on December 1, 2022 were reviewed and comprehensively ana-lyzed, and literature review was conducted.Results Appendiceal goblet cell adenocarcinoma lacked typical clinical manifestationsand changes on imaging. Therefore, the clinical diagnosis of appendiceal goblet cell adenocarcinoma was more difficult, and the diag-nosis was mainly made after postoperative pathology.Conclusions Goblet cell adenocarcinoma is a rare and unique tumor that oc-curs almost exclusively in the appendix. The clinical manifestations and imaging findings of goblet cell adenocarcinoma are non-specif-ic, and the postoperative pathological and immunohistochemical results are the main basis for diagnosis, and surgery is the mainstay oftreatment. |
