| 目的为伴 JAK2 V617F阳性慢性髓系白血病( CML)的诊疗提供参考。方法回顾性分析胜利油田中心医院 2023年 4月 22日收治的 1例伴 JAK2 V617F阳性 CML病人的临床资料。结果该例病人规律应用酪氨酸激酶抑制剂(TKI)6个周期后，疗效良好，达血液学完全缓解。结论部分伴 JAK2 V617F基因突变 CML病人，早期使用 TKI治疗有效。 |

| Objective To provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of JAK2 V617F positive chronic myeloid leukemia (CML). Methods The clinical data of one CML patient with JAK2 V617F positive in Shengli Oilfield Central Hospital on April 22, 2023 wereretrospectively analyzed.Results After 6 cycles of regular application of tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI), the patient had a good effectand achieved complete hematological remission.Conclusion Some CML patients with JAK2 V617F mutation may benefit from early TKI treatment. |
