| 目的构建适合我国麻醉科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)医师岗位胜任力评价体系,为住培医师提供参考。方法该研究于 2024年 6—9月,以关键胜任力为基础,通过文献回顾法、小组讨论法,拟定岗位胜任力的指标体系初稿,通过专家函询确定麻醉科住培医师的岗位胜任力的评价指标体系。结果构建麻醉科住培医师的岗位胜任力的评价指标体系包含医学知识、临床技能、沟通合作与管理能力、科研与教学能力、公共卫生服务能力、核心价值观与职业素养和终身持续学习能力 7项一级指标和 52项二级指标。经过两轮专家函询,专家问卷有效回收率均为 100%,专家的积极性系数均 100%,专家权威程度系数分别为 0.875和 0.889,两轮函询 Kendal'sw协调系数提示专家一致性较高( P<0.05)。结论构建麻醉科住培医师的岗位胜任力的评价指标体系,可为麻醉科住培医师岗位胜任力评价提供标准和依据,也可为医院在麻醉人才考核选拔、人才培养方面提供参考。 |

| Objective To construct a post competency evaluation system suitable for standardized training of anesthesiology residents(referred to as resident training) in China, and to provide reference for resident training physicians.Methods From June to September2024, based on key competency, the draft of post competency index system was drawn up by employing the methods of literature reviewand group discussion, and the evaluation index system of post competency of anesthesiology residents was determined by expert corre-spondence consultation.Results The evaluation index system for the post competency of anesthesiology residents included 7 first-lev-el indexes and 52 second-level indexes, covering medical knowledge, clinical skills, communication, cooperation and management abil-ities, scientific reseach and teaching abilities, public health service ability, core values and professionalism, and lifelong continuouslearning ability. After two rounds of expert correspondence consultation, the valid response rate of expert questionnaire was 100%, theenthusiasm coefficient of experts was 100%, and the coefficient of expert authority degree was 0.875 and 0.889. The Kendall's concor-dance coefficient of the two rounds of consultation indicated that the expert responses had a high degree of consistency (P<0.05).Con. clusion The establishment of the evaluation index system for the post competency of anesthesiology resident training physicians canprovide standards and basis for the post competency evaluation of anesthesiology resident training physicians, which can also providereferences for the assessment, selection and training of anesthesiology talents in hospitals. |
